Our makers typically ship within 1-5 days of receiving your order.  Once dispatched it usually takes 20-30 days for your order to arrive although Covid-19 has impacted deliveries around the world. Please be kind and patient.

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your order at all times.

By not bulk ordering and shipping stock then storing it in warehouses like a traditional retailer we are able to keep our prices lower and minimise waste and carbon emissions.
